About Us

Meghan Derico grew up with a fascination for photography. She worked on the Yearbook staff grades 7-9, taking photographs, editing them, and laying them out for publication. In High School she entered into The International Baccalaureate Program, including IB Arts.

Married in 2004 to Cory Derico, and later with the birth of their first child, Meghan became interested in Photo shoots for her children. Now, two children later, and armed with the tools of the trade, she began Derico Photography. Meghan not only enjoys taking photos, but she enjoys transforming them into videography. She is now continuing her education in Photography with The New York Institute of Photography.

Cory Derico grew up with a camera in his hands. Working with photography for newspaper and year book throughout his school years, Cory graduated High School specializing in Computer Aided Drafting/Design. Continuing his interest in photography he worked for Auto Trader as a photographer, and freelanced for friends and family at weddings and special occasions. Now busy with his engineering career, Cory enjoys assisting on photo shoots, freelancing weddings, candid photos, and making videographys.
